Please read the information below to see if you qualify for our discounted rate.  You may be eligible for our discounted rate if you are a previous client or if you are receiving a qualifying benefit.  If you are eligible you will qualify for a ten pound fee reduction on each Deed Poll ordered. 

Discounts for previous clients/multiple orders

The first application will be charged at the full rate.  All subsequent applications made from the same household* will be eligible for our discounted rate.

Please bear in mind that if you fail to apply for the discounted Deed Poll you will be charged the full price regardless of whether you would qualify.

* Household denotes applications being made from the same address.  If your address has changed since you last ordered a Deed Poll from our site you must fill in the relevant box on the order form stating what your address was when you last applied. 

Clients eligible for our discounted rate through a qualifying benefit

You will qualify for our discounted rate if you receive any of the following benefits:

Pension Credit
Income Support
Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
Working Tax Credit
Child Tax Credit (if your household income is less than £15,000 per annum)
Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA)
Student Maintenance Grant or Student Special Support Grant
Child Benefit (If you are over 16 and someone receives it on your behalf)

If you apply for our discounted rate based on a qualifying benefit we require you to send us a photocopy of recent written evidence of your benefit entitlement once you have submitted your application.  We will not post your Deed Poll pack until we have received such evidence.  For the address you need to post this documentation to click this link.
